Sake Sommelier Association:
• The Sake Sommelier Association (SSA) is the first and only UK-based organization, outside of Japan, fully dedicated to the global education and promotion of sake. With a committed network of educators around the world, the Association focuses on three main pillars: Education (Sake Sommelier Academy), Competition (Sake Sommelier of the Year), and Challenge (London Sake Challenge).
