Welcome to the MySake Wiki, created by Sake Sommelier Association (SSA), to help the global sake community.

A curated and consistently-updated guide to all thing’s sake; this eBook, is divided between key topics and an extensive lexicon of the Japanese terms used by the sake professionals.

Each main section is assigned to one of our MASTER SAKE SOMMELIER ® (MSS) alumni to keep up-to-date with the latest sources.

The MySake Wiki project aims to help new sake students and sake enthusiasts alike around the world to prepare for their education or simply fill their thirst for knowledges and take the next step on their personal sake journey.

We hope you find the inspiration here to further embrace your love for sake and its producers.

Kanpai!

The Sake Sommelier Association team.
